FAQs

  • Turnaround times vary by the services selected, but most projects are delivered within 24–48 hours. Larger projects that include video, drone footage, or additional editing may require additional time. If you have a tight listing deadline, let us know—we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline whenever possible. 

  • Every property is different, so your package is customized to your listing. Services may include professional interior and exterior photography, drone photography, video, virtual staging, digital twilight images, and community amenities. 

  • Most residential properties take between 1 and 2 hours, depending on the home's size, condition, and the services you've selected. Larger homes and projects that include video or drone coverage may require additional time.

  • Availability varies based on our schedule. We recommend booking as early as possible, but when availability allows, next-day or expedited appointments may be available. Contact us if you're working with a tight listing deadline. 

  • Yes. Drone photography and video are available for properties where aerial imagery enhances the listing. All drone operations are performed in accordance with FAA regulations and weather conditions.

  • Your completed media is delivered through a secure online gallery where you can easily download high-resolution and web-optimized files. You'll be able to access, share, and download your content whenever you need it. 

  • You'll receive a license to use the delivered media for marketing and promoting the property. Copyright remains with Hines Creative Media, which is standard within the photography industry. If broader licensing is needed, we're happy to discuss custom usage options. 

  • Weather can impact exterior photography, drone operations, and natural lighting. If conditions prevent us from producing our best work, we'll work with you to reschedule or adjust the shoot plan to ensure the final media reflects the property at its best.
