Terms & Conditions

1. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

  • If the Client cancels or reschedules with more than 24 hours' notice, a $25 rescheduling/cancellation fee will apply.

  • If the Client cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

  • If the Photographer arrives at the property and is unable to access the home, or conditions prevent the shoot from taking place, the full session fee will still apply.

2. Payment

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted forms of payment include credit card and ACH transfer.

  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% late fee per day until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is clean, staged, and photo-ready before the scheduled session.

  • The Photographer is not responsible for cleaning, staging, or moving furniture or personal items.

  • Delays caused by an unprepared property may reduce shooting time and impact the final deliverables.

4. Turnaround Time

  • Standard image delivery is within 24 hours of the session.

  • Rush delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee.

5. Image Delivery

  • Images will be delivered through an online gallery or download link.

  • Final files are provided as high-resolution JPEGs.

  • RAW files are not provided under any circumstances.

6. Copyright & Usage License

  • All images remain the exclusive copyright of the Photographer.

  • The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the images solely for marketing and selling the specific property photographed.

  • Images may not be altered, sold, or transferred to third parties (including stagers, builders, vendors, or publications) without prior written consent. Additional licensing fees may apply.

  • Unauthorized use of any image is subject to a $500 copyright infringement fee per image.

7. Liability

  • The Photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to weather conditions, access restrictions, or uncooperative individuals at the property.

  • The Photographer is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage occurring during the session unless directly caused by the Photographer's negligence.

8. Artistic Release

  • The Client acknowledges they are familiar with the Photographer's style and portfolio.

  • Editing, composition, image selection, and artistic judgment remain at the sole discretion of the Photographer.

9. File Retention

  • Client galleries will be retained for 30 days after delivery.

  • After 30 days, files may be archived or permanently deleted at the Photographer's discretion.

  • Requests for gallery re-delivery after 30 days may be subject to an archival fee.
